As we steadily approach the end of 2020 with ambitious hopes for a smoother and less challenging 2021, we look back with pride at how we have managed to reshape our operations to ensure we are able to operate without compromising our safety, that of our clients (buyers and vendors alike) and all whilst ensuring our service remains that which our customers have grown to expect of us. Over the last 6 months our team of consultants have all been certified and are now licensed as professional real estate agents. As always, Homes of Quality is the first to embrace such requirements which aim at improving the industry standards.
Looking back through the initial months of lockdown, the quiet roads, the fear of the unknown, the lack of tourists and the progressive relaxation of measures in an attempt to give citizens the opportunity to live some form of normality, one cannot but remain impressed at how the property market remained active and prices stable. The local property market remains much the investment of choice for most and one with a proven track record.
