Encouragingly, the Malta government is also negotiating with the UK for Malta's inclusion in their next “Green List” of countries for tourists to visit quarantine free. All this bodes well for the local economy and the tourism sector especially, but it must be said that the registration numbers of Promises of Sale has not abated during the last few months - a sign that Malta’s property industry is flourishing and as attractive, if not more so,  to investors both local and foreign.
