As temperatures soar and the Maltese blue sea serves as a cooling agent for most of us on this rock, we learn to appreciate how lucky we are to be able to enjoy these life pleasures, particularly after being locked in on an on and off basis for the past 15 months. 

 

We are surely not out of the woods yet and as most are saying, we will have to learn to live with this virus. Malta has so far avoided going through the tragic scenes witnessed in neighboring countries and hopefully, with the majority of the population having taken the vaccine, this will never happen. Respecting one another and health authority guidelines remain of paramount importance.
